  • We try really hard to capture as much information as possible but some details may vary:

    • Colors may seem different on your screen and in real life

    • Measures are always approximated and a few millimetres difference are standard

    Please note that all our products are handmade so some minor imperfections are possible (and cherished). If you have any concerns, let us know before your order and we will support you the best we can.

  • For us, a notebook is only useful if you want to write in it. We only use high-quality Italian fine paper that provides a great writing experience.

    We also test it with a variety of pens, pencils, highlighters, and fountain pens. The ink resistance will always vary per nib and ink quality, but we use our paper with fountain pens every day 🤍

  • We offer custom orders, so send us an email, and let’s see if we are a good fit for your project 🤍

  • We love to work with shops that have fallen in love with our stationery. Visit our retailer page or send us an email.

orders and shipping

  • We know you want your stationery as soon as possible, so we ship all orders in 2 to 3 business days.

  • We ship our order through CTT and will provide you with a tracking number (unless your delivery address is in Portugal and you choose to ship without tracking).

  • The shipping costs vary per country. To know how much it will be, just select your country on the checkout form.

  • While we can't control or be responsible for the delivery times, we can share the most usual ones:

    — Europe: 3 to 5 business days

    — Rest of the world: 5 to 8 business days

    Please, consider that these times do not include customs processing times since they vary per country.

  • We are shipping from Portugal, so if your delivery address is inside the European Union, you should not be charged extra taxes. If you live outside the European Union you may be charged with importation taxes. Sadly, we cannot prevent this and will not be responsible for any extra taxes.

exchanges and returns

  • Yes! If, by some reason, you need to return your order, you can do so in the first 14 days after you receive it.

    The product has to be as new in the same conditions it was shipped.

    You’ll have to send it to us by tracked mail. Please reach out and we will help you with the details.

  • First, we are sorry your order got damaged. We work very hard to pack everything extra secure but, sometimes, damage may happen. Please, contact us so we can sort this out.
